30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.
Please note : We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on where and how to send back your item. Any items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
